Charming finca antigua Isobel is a three double bedroom village house that comfortably sleeps three to six.
Downstairs, there is a living room, dining room, family bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, the balcony overlooks a pretty Andalucia patio complete with an orange tree. There are three bedrooms with a king-sized bed and two queen-sized beds.
Our charming traditional Andalucian patios and rooftop terraces are all available for eating al fresco and for soaking in the sun.
There is a large rooftop terrace, an Andalucian patio, another large patio, and a balcony with an outdoor barbeque. As pictured here, enjoy your meals at a leisurely pace, Spanish style!

For those who enjoy cooking up a storm, you will be pleased to know that the kitchen also looks out onto the pretty patio. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer as well as a modern stove with an oven complete with a rotisserie for delicious home-cooked pollo asado! All these along with the outdoor barbeque and washing machine are available for your use.
Heaters are available downstairs and in each bedroom for use in winter evenings. Fans are available for your use in the summer. There is TV with DVD player and a small selection of DVDs, please feel free to bring your own.
Situated at the corner of Calle Las Palmeras and Calle Molino, there is ample parking at the top of both streets. The village picnic area complete with barbecue pits is a short walk away surronded by a lush pine forest. The view of the surrounding area is gorgeous and ethereal.

Corpus Christi
The feast of Corpus Christi has been celebrated since 1747, since the founding of the village. Balconies in the streets where the sacred procession will wind its way are covered with beautiful quilts, and the same cobbled streets and walls of the pueblo are covered with sedge reeds and bouquets. The white village takes on a natural and earthy look of greenery for this feast.
The highlight of afternoon is the "Certamen anual de Gaita Gastoreña", an annual event featuring handmade wind instruments which have evolved from the old Arab horn pipe known as the "Chirimia árabe". Enjoy the cultural events, plays and performances by folk groups and buskers.

Each day after dawn there is a parade in the streets displaying the effigy of a bull [the bull of fire or "toro de fuego"] accompanied by fireworks. For the aspiring matadors there is a release of live bulls later in the day.
